If, once you have received confirmation of the date and time for your Special On-demand test, you wish to change this, you will need to pay a re-scheduling fee and provide your reason in writing. Rescheduling of these tests can only happen within the 4 week period from first contact by the State or Territory office to initially schedule the test. If you are not able to sit the test in this time then you will need to cancel and reapply for your test and the standard cancellation fees will apply.

Rescheduling of Annual Program Translation tests can not happen as they are held only over a three day period in November. If there is a problem with the advised date for an Annual Program translation test then please contact the State/Territory Office.

Rescheduling of Annual Program Interpreter tests may happen. Rescheduling is dependent on whether the State/Territory office has any available testing times left within the program. If there is a problem with the advised date for an Annual Program interpreter test then please contact the State/Territory Office. If no testing times are available then your only option will be to cancel the test, receive a refund minus the cancellation fee and reapply for a Special On-demand test.
