Customer Service Officer
This opportunity is based in Canberra, working with our friendly and professional National Office team. This customer service role is responsible for managing the front reception. This includes responding to over-the-counter enquiries from customers and, as the first point of contact, answering incoming calls to NAATI's national office. We are looking for someone with good administrative skills and excellent interpersonal skills. You will use your customer service artistry to respond to a high volume of calls from Australia's linguistically and culturally diverse community.
