We do not offer or endorse any kind of CCL preparation courses or workshops.

NAATI is aware that a number of institutions and/or training organisations are running courses claiming to be preparation courses for the NAATI CCL test. While NAATI encourages training and preparation for any language related test, we do not formally endorse any such courses and nor do we intend to. NAATI sets the CCL test and is the authority which issues the CCL result. CCL candidates should be aware that organisations offering such training do not have unique information about the test.  

No. For equity and logistics management reasons there is no fast track option. NAATI processes CCL applications based on date of payment.

Please note that there is high demand for CCL test places. You should plan ahead as there may be a gap of several months before you can sit a test.

Yes, if there is a good reason to do so. To change your test location, you will need to log in to myNAATI, select 'My Tests' and follow the prompts. 

If you change your test location, you will automatically lose any test places booked at your original test location.

Please note that you will not be guaranteed an earlier test session by changing your test location or language.

Yes, if you think it is necessary to do so. To change your test language, you will need to email your request info@naati.com.au. Requests must include:

  1. the test language you originally applied for;
  2. the test language you wish to change to; and
  3. your customer number.

If you change your test language, it cannot be changed back.

Please note that you will not be guaranteed an earlier test session by changing your test location or language.

If you seeing an error after entering your contact details, it means that our system could not match your details to what already exists on NAATI’s database. You should contact NAATI to check what details you already have on our system.

You should close the application window and try again after 10-15 minutes. You need to be careful to re-enter the exact same contact details you used last time as NAATI’s systems may have already saved your previous contact details.
