We want to understand your concerns. You can use this form to contact NAATI about any compliments or concerns you might have.

Your feedback is confidential. We will make the process of making a complaint easy. Complaints are fairly considered, with regard to all parties involved.

Compliments or complaints should be made in English

Please use the questions below to help you. If you need help and English is not your first language, or you are deaf, hard of hearing, or have another disability, you can:

  1. Make an appointment with a NAATI Office for a staff member to help you make your complaint in writing
  2. Submit a video to us by email: info@naati.com.au

Your privacy

NAATI takes your privacy seriously, and your details will be treated according to our privacy policy. Complaints can be made confidentially, however if you submit information about another person, we may need to contact that person to verify their point of view. In doing this, you may be identified. We will contact you if this is necessary.
