About the Role

As our Team Leader, Interpreting Qualifications, you will lead and support the delivery of high-quality Interpreting programs, ensuring they remain compliant, accessible, responsive to student needs, and aligned with industry expectations. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will drive quality outcomes, workforce capability, student success and continuous improvement while supporting the strategic growth of Deaf Connect’s education services. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines program delivery, workforce management, content design support, stakeholder engagement, quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria

Let us know if you have these key skills and experience:

  • Experience working within the VET sector and/or a Registered Training Organisation (RTO
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Auslan and/or Interpreting qualification
  • Certified Provisional Auslan/English Interpreter credentials Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build capability, engage teams and drive positive outcomes
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A commitment to quality, continuous improvement and inclusive education practices
