NAATI website chatbot: You can use the NAATI chatbot to search for answers to frequently asked questions via the icon at the bottom right of your screen. The chatbot will respond quickly by drawing information from our website. If you are unable to find the information you are looking for, you will be asked to enter your name, customer number (if applicable), email address and a message, and your query will be referred to a staff member for a response during working hours.
NAATI is a national organisation with offices in six states and territories. These offices support testing of candidates and local engagement.
