NAATI website chatbot: You can ask the NAATI chatbot a simple question via the icon at the bottom left of your screen. The chatbot will respond quickly by drawing information from our website. If it cannot answer your question, you will be asked to enter your email address and your query will be referred to a staff member for a response during working hours.
