Survey: Cognitive Load in Interpreting and Translation

The IUED Institute of Translation and Interpreting from Zurich University’s School of Applied Linguistics is conducting an international survey on how the global use of English influences the work of interpreters and translators. The survey is part of the wider research project “Cognitive Load in Interpreting and Translation (CLINT)” that focuses on performance, self-report, behavioural, and physiological indicators of cognitive load when trying to understand input from a language other than your native language.

All interpreters and translators are invited to participate in the international survey which is open until the end of May 2022.
