NAATI Examiners are certified interpreters and translators with tertiary qualifications.
Examiners have extensive professional experience as a translator or interpreter, perfect English language skills and high professional and ethical standards.
NAATI employs examiners to assist with the setting and marking of the certification tests.
NAATI Role-players are language speakers who play the role of interpreting clients in NAATI’s interpreter tests.
During an interpreting test, two role-players will engage in a conversation based on prompts provided by NAATI while an individual (the test candidate) interprets.
We generally recruit role-players in the ACT, NSW, Qld, SA, Vic and WA as needed to meet testing demand. Role-players are employed on a casual basis to assist with certification tests.
A great opportunity is now available within our Operations/IT team for a Business Systems Support Officer to provide technical and customer support to our national team.
