We have recently launched the NAATI chatbot, which we hope will be able to help you with any basic enquiries you might have.
We encourage you to give the bot a try. If it is unable to answer your question, it will ask for your email address and a ticket will be created. Our customer service team will respond to your ticket when we are back in the office. You can access the bot by clicking on the green icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
We appreciate your feedback on the usefulness of the answer you receive, as this will help us in training the bot.
